THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Everlyne Achieng Misigo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or 2420 2420 thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Kipeto/19511, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. E399 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of Richard Oliech Misigo (ID/1085634) to be registered as administrator, and whereas the land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Everlyne Achieng Misigo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
