WHEREAS Kamau Muhia Miru, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Narok/CIS/Mara/Ololpironito/422, situate in the Narok Area, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Narok in succession cause No. 71 of 2016, issued certificate of confirmation in favour of (1) John Muhia Kamau and (2) Patrick Njenga Kamau, both of P.O. Box 344–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Muhia Miru cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument.
