GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7188

PURSUANT to the provisions of sections 13, 40, 49 and 69 of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that amendment of the above-mentioned local physical and land use development plan was on 5th May, 2023, completed. The plan relates to land situated in West of Ruiru Township, Kiambu County, consisting of two parcels of land— L.R. No. 28867/1 and L.R. No. 31327. Copies of the plan have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of National Director of Physical Planning, 5th Floor, Ardhi House, Nairobi and County Department of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Ruiru, Kiambu County. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of National Director of Physical Planning, 5th Floor, Ardhi House, Nairobi and County Department of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Ruiru, Kiambu County. The plans will also be available at www.lands.go.ke and www.tatucity.com. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named plan, may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the National Director of Physical Planning, Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, P.O. Box 45025–00100, Nairobi, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
