NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 70, in Volume B-13, Folio 2271/19331, File No. 1637, by our client, Mwanajuma Bakari Mwajabuni, of P.O. Box 14–80403, Matuga in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwanajuma Said Kalama, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mwanajuma Said Kalama and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mwanajuma Bakari Mwajabuni, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mwanajuma Bakari Mwajabuni only.
