NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1405, in Volume DI, Folio 1214/1535, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Stephen Taari Dida, of P.O. Box 51–60500, Marsabit in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Tari Did Yattani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Tari Did Yattani and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Taari Dida, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Stephen Taari Dida only.
