APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3B (1) (h) of
the Insurance Act, as read together with section 51(1) of the
Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for
the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints—
MOHAMED HASHI
to be a member of the Insurance Regulatory Authority, for a period of
three (3) years, with effect from the 19th May, 2023. The
appointment* of Yasin Haji Hussein is revoked.
