IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) of the Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under paragraph (a)– Emmanuel Mutisya (Prof.) – Chairperson Under paragraph (d)– Washington O. Yotto (Prof.), Collins K. Tanui (Dr.), Meshak Kidenda (Eng.), Purity Mureithi, as chairperson and members of the Council of the Kenya Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd May, 2023.
