IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) of the Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under paragraph (a)– Mohamed Salim Badamana (Prof.) – Chairperson Under paragraph (d)– Benjamin Mweri (Amb.), Sang Kiptanui David, Samuel Kaloki, Fatma Mohammed, as the chairperson and members of the Council of Pwani University, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd May, 2023. The appointments* of Samuel Ocholla (Dr.), Renee Agnes Muthoni Kariuki, Nyachae Samuel, Bernard Iria and Noor Dahir Yusuf are revoked. Dated the 22nd May, 2023.
