IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (l) of the Ewaso Ngiro North River Basin Development Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community, the ASALS and Regional Development appoints— ADEN SUGOW AHMED to be a member of the Ewaso Ngiro North River Basin Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd May, 2023.
