APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 6 (d) of the
National Social Security Fund Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Labour
and Social Protection appoints—
Under paragraph (iii)—
Isaac Kaberia,
Milkah Kimonda (Dr.),
to be Trustees of the National Social Security Fund Board of Trustees,
for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th February,
2023. The appointment* of Marion Mutugi (Prof.) and Peter Mweleli
is revoked.
