THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 6 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

TAKE NOTICE that you are in unlawful occupation of Kenya Airports Authority land known as L.R. No. 9042/669 (I.R. No. 77224) without express/lawful authority or without any right or license under any law. By this notice you are required to— (a) Immediately stop any further activities on the land; (b) Remove any buildings and other improvements which you may have erected thereon; (c) Remove any growing crops you may have planted and livestock kept thereon; and (d) Vacate the land within three (3) months from the date of this notice. TAKE NOTICE that at the expiry of three (3) months, Kenya Airports Authority shall evict you without any further reference to you at your costs and peril. Dated the 8th June, 2023. GERSHOM O.
