IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 17 (1) of the Kenya Coast Guard Service Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— BRUNO ISOHI SHIOSO to be the Director-General of the Kenya Coast Guard Service, for a period of four (4) years, with effect from the 12th April, 2023.
