CONSTRUCTION OF KARIMA — KIANJEGE — KARATINA— ROADS PROJECT INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of section 112 of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos. 2064, 15996 and 15997 of 2022, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) gives notice that the inquiry to hear claims to compensation for the interested parties in the land required for construction of Karima – Kianjege – Karatina Roads Project shall be held on the date and place shown here below; SCHEDULE Parcel Number Registered Owner(s) Approx. Area Acquired (Ha.) Mururi-ini Chief’s Office on Tuesday, 21st March, 2023 from 10.00 a.m. Kiine/Ruiru/858 Wambere Nduma 0.0206 Every person interested in the affected land is required to deliver to the National Land Commission on or before the day of the inquiry a written claim to compensation, a copy of identity card (ID), Personal Identification Number (PIN), land ownership documents and bank account details. The Commission offices are in Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and at the Commission’s County Co-oordinator’s Office in Kirinyaga County. Dated the 3rd March, 2023.
