GAKIRA – NGONDA, GAKONYA – MUHAINI AND MUKUYU – KAMBIRWA – MARIIRA ROAD PROJECT DELETION, ADDENDUM AND INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos. 9489 and 9490 of 2022, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) gives notice that the National Government intends to delete and add the below listed parcels of land required for the construction of Gakira – Ngonda – Mununga, Gakonya-Mahuani and Mukuyu – Kambirwa Road Project, and further inquiry to hear claims to compensation for the interested parties in the land parcels required for Project, shall be held on the dates and places shown here below; Deletion Parcel Number Registered Owner(s) Approx.
