APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 35A (1) (a) of
the Capital Markets Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the
National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints—
ADRIAN KAMOTHO NJENGA
to be the Chairperson of the Capital Markets Tribunal, for a period of
three (3) years, with effect from the 20th April, 2023.
