THE NATIONAL CEREALS AND PRODUCE BOARD ACT

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) of the National Cereals and Produce Board Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development appoints— Raymond Komen, Paul Marus, Naomi W. Kibugi, Juliet Dorcas Ngetich, Galgalo Wako Abagaro, to be members of the Board of Directors of the National Cereals and Produce Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th April, 2023. Gazette Notice Nos. 5436 of 2020, 11496 of 2021, 8249 and 8258 of 2022 are revoked. Dated the 19th April, 2023. MITHIKA LINTURI, Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development.
