APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (f) (ii) of
the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration Act, 2013, the
Attorney-General appoints—

as a member of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration Board
of Directors, for a period of four (4) years, with effect from the 1st
March, 2023.
