REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joachim Leichum, of P.O. Box 43488–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1007 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 12568/III/MN, situate in the north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 77108, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
