WHEREAS Job Victor Mashombo, of P.O. Box 100, Taita in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0700 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Hodi Hodi S. S./128, registered under title No. Mombasa/Hodi Hodi S. S./128, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
