THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Njagara, of P.O. Box 322, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 452/2/142, situate in Nakuru Municipality in the Nakuru District, by virtue of grant of title, registered as I.R. No. 29606/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
