REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Arnold Andabwa Abwalaba, of P.O. Box 1337, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kak/Mun. Block 11/290, situate in the 20th April, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE district of Kakamega, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstruct provided that no objection has been received within that period.
