WHEREAS Rasikkumar Popatlal Chandarana, of P.O. Box 302, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0495 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Municipality Block XI/156, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green card, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
