THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Adem Nyamwalo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.4 hectares or 1792 1792 thereabout, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Kolunje/394, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu in succession Cause No. E354 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Joseph Odera Omoro, and whereas the said administrator has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued there of has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in favour of Joseph Odera Omoro, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Adem Nyamwalo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
