REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Wanjiru Kiritu, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Nyeri/Endarasha/1545, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri, in succession cause No. 100 of 2019, has issued grant of letters intestate to Jefferson Nderitu Wanjiru, as an administrator and beneficiary, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost and cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in favour of the said Jefferson Nderitu Wanjiru, as an administrator and beneficiary, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rose Wanjiru Kiritu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
