THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njihia Mugo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 3.522 and 0.3100 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Naivasha, known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk 5/26 and 204, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 73 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Wairimu Kamango Naomi and (2) Christopher Mugo Njihia (ID/3490606), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njihia Mugo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
