THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Richard Imo Ekirapa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Bukhayo/Mundika/5360 and 7240, situate in the district of Busia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Busia in succession Cause No. 28 of 2015, has issued grant in favour of (1) Alex Aggrey Alexander Ekirapa and (2) Humphrey Ekisai Ekirapa, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of (1) Alex Aggrey Alexander Ekirapa and (2) Others, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of LRA 39 and LRA 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said John Richard Imo Ekirapa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
