THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dickson Wanyama Otukai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.88 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ndivisi/Makuselwa/77, 1223, 1076, 3323, 1425 and 2382, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the court at Bungoma in succession cause No. E56 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Christine Karani Otukai and (2) Brian Wanyonyi Otukai, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the deceased has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wakefield Bikokwa Burale (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
