IN EXERCISE of powers conferred on me by section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Elizabeth Loote, County Executive Committee Member, Department of Trade, Co-operatives, Gender and Youth Affairs, County Government of Turkana, appoint the following persons to the Committee on the management of the County Government of Turkana, Kakuma Biashara Huduma Centre: - County Executive Committee Member, Trade, Co-operatives, Gender and Youth Affairs— Chairperson Members: Chief Officer, Office of the Governor, Chief Officer, Office of the County Secretary, Chief Officer, Finance, Chief Officer, Preventive and Promotive Services, Chief Officer, Public Service, Administration and Disaster Management, County Solicitor, Manager of Kakuma Camps and Kalobeyei Settlement, Department of Refugees Services, Sub-County Administrator, Turkana West Sub-County, Deputy County Commissioner, Turkana West Sub-County, Chairperson, Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Turkana Chapter, Representative of County level NGOs (women, youths, refugees, other), Chief Officer, Trade, Co-operatives, Gender and Youth Affairs — Secretary/Ex-Officio The committee is expected to develop a clear workplan on the management of the Turkana Kakuma Biashara Centre in offering designated services to the public and liaising with all relevant County departments and any other Government organs in the provision of services at the Centre.
