APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension of liquidation order dated the 3rd June, 2021, I appointed Jane Ndirangu (Mrs.), Chief Co-operative Officer, Nairobi, to be liquidator for Akapulco Sacco Society (CS/4420) (in liquidation) Limited, for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months. And whereas the said appointed Jane Ndirangu (Mrs.) has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the liquidation period for Akapulco Sacco Society (CS/4420) (in liquidation) Limited, for another period not exceeding twelve (12) months from the date of expiry of the last order and extend the appointment of the said Jane Ndirangu (Mrs.) as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
