NOTICE is given pursuant to section 29 of the Trustee Act (Cap. 167) that any person having a claim against or an interest in, the estate of the late Iain Garvie Gibson of Nairobi who died on the 6th September, 2022, at Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned on or before the expiry of two (2) calendar months from the date that a copy of this notice shall appear in the Kenya Gazette, after which date the executrix will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which she shall have had notice and will not as respects the property 1808 1808 so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim she shall not then have had notice.
