REGISTRATION

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KCA 841S, Nissan Sylphy, which has been lying at the premises of Mount Kenya Auction and Storage Yard, Meru–Nairobi Highway, Gikumene Area, Meru, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of KSh. 1,035,195.42/- advanced to one M/S Sarah Kathure, plus accrued interest, storage charges, costs of publication of this notice and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected at the expiry of the notice, the same will be sold by public auction or private treaty by Serene Blue Auctioneers, of P.O. Box 275–60200, Meru, to defray the amount due and costs incurred and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners credit but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
