NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, section 5 (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and the Authority of the court sitting in Mbita Law Court under Cr. Misc. Appl. No. E007/2023 to the owner/custodians of motorcycles lying idle unclaimed within Mbita Police Station yard are informed to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and pay the cost of this publication of this notice failure to which M/S Ikimwanya Auctioneers are authorize to sale them through public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owner.
