GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5207

NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to Christopher N. Gathini, the owner of Motor Vehicles BMW 753I registration No. KBH 187M and Ford focus reg. No. KBK 154P, lying at the yard of Walter Muduria t/a Quick Walt Auto Shine Garage at Ruaka within Kiambu County to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. Taking delivery is subject to paying handling charges, repair charges, storage charges from the date of deposit till of delivery together with the costs of this notice and all other lawful charges incurred at the time of taking delivery. If the said vehicles will be uncollected at the expiry of the notice, they will be sold by public auction or private treaty at the owner’s costs without further notice and the sale proceeds shall be defrayed against the accrued charges and the balance, if any, shall be at the owner’s credit but should there be a shortfall the owner shall be liable thereto.
