NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 206, in Volume D1, Folio 942/1535, File No. MMXXII, by our clients, Hassan N. Lakicha & Company, advocates, of P.O. Box 43801–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Badasa Abdilkadir Ali (minor), formerly known as Baraza Abdilkadir Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Baraza Abdilkadir Ali, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Badasa Abdilkadir Ali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Badasa Abdilkadir Ali only.
