REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kamau Gaita (ID/10045953), of P.O. Box 2740, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 20/368, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show 5454 5454 that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
