WHEREAS William Mukhwana Amukambwa, of P.O. Box 46, Lugari in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, registered under title No. S/Kabras/Shamberere/982, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts 1st December, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE made to locate the said land register (green card) has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
