PURSUANT to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, take notice that the Official Receiver was appointed as Bankruptcy Trustee of the property of Stanley Maina Mwangi (the Debtor), of P.O. Box 106, Kangari, pursuant to the Bankruptcy Order issued on the 5th October, 2023. Creditors of the Debtor are required on or before Wednesday, the 1st November, 2023 to send full particulars of all the claims they may have against the Debtor to the undersigned, the Bankruptcy Trustee of the Company, personally or by his Advocates, to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
