IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 45 (1) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Public Appointments (County Assembly Approval) Act, 2017, and upon approval by Machakos County Assembly in its sitting on the 9th May, 2023, I, Wavinya Ndeti, Governor of Machakos County, appoint the persons named in the first column of the Schedule, to be a County Chief Officers responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule.
