DECLARATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry declares the land specified in the Schedule hereto to be an Export Processing Zone. SCHEDULE All that parcel of land known as Title Number C.R. 77142, being L.R. No. MN/III/12493 (Originally MN/III/8819), measuring approximately 1.159 hectares or thereabout, situated within north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi County.
