IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry declares the land specified in the Schedule hereto to be an Export Processing Zone. SCHEDULE All that parcel of land known as Title Number Kwale/Mwavumbo/177 (part), measuring approximately one hundred and twenty seven thousand, two hundred square feet (127,200), situated within Mariakani in Kwale County.
