GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6280

PURSUANT to the provisions of Standing Order 32 (3) of the Nairobi City County Assembly Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of the Members of the Nairobi City County Assembly and the general public that special sittings of the County Assembly shall be held on Thursday, 18th May, 2023 at 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. in the Assembly Chamber, City Hall Building, Nairobi, to enable the Assembly consider the following business— (a) report of the Select Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriations on the vetting of the nominee for appointment to the position of the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Nairobi City County Revenue Authority; (b) the Report of the Select Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriations on consideration of the Supplementary (II) Budget Estimates for the FY 2022/23; and (c) the Nairobi City County Supplementary (II) Appropriations Bill, 2023. The Order Papers for the said special sittings will be available in the Assembly Table and Journals Office and will also be published on the Assembly Website in due course. Dated the 17th May, 2023.
