APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy appoints— Paul Muraguri Mureithi, Albert Kochei, Tonia Mutiso, to be members of the Board of the Communications Authority of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th March, 2023. The appointment* of Alex Wafula Wamalwa, Esther Njoki Njoroge and Mgeni Mboto Hassan is revoked. Dated the 24th March, 2023.
