INQUIRY INTO THE PROPOSED COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF LAND IN PURSUANCE of sections 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos. 5402 and 10279 of 2021, 207 and 15995 of 2022, the National Land Commission calls upon persons who have interest or claims in the parcels of land in the Schedule below, which the commission intends to compulsorily acquire on behalf of Nairobi City County Government for the above project to appear before the Commission in person at the venue and date indicated to inquire into— (a) Issues of propriety of the proposed acquisition.
