CONSTRUCTION OF KABARE–GAKOIGO–NJEGAS ROAD PROJECT INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of sections 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos. 2062 and 6232 of 2022, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) gives notice that the inquiry to hear claims to compensation for the interested parties in the land required for construction of Kabare–Gakoigo–Njegas Road Project shall be held on the date and place as shown here below.
