WHEREAS Yusufu Nasoro Mwamako (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/642, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
