WHEREAS Thomas Mwita Kihutua, of P.O. Box 99, Isebania in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Bukira/Buhirimonono/1895, has applied to our office under section 73 (2) of the Land Registration Act, 2012, to remove the caution lodged by Henry Nyabuto Omwoyo, notice is given that I shall proceed to remove the said caution upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period.
