NOTICE is given that a petition for the liquidation of the above- named company by the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts, Commercial and Tax Division, Nairobi, was on the 11 th August, 2023 presented to the said court by Kimani & Michuki Advocates, Royal Offices, 5th Floor, Mogotio Road, off Chiromo Lane, Westlands, P.O. Box 70858–00400, Nairobi, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the said court at 9.00 a.m. on the 6th November, 2023, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may give notice to the petitioner’s advocate not later than 4.00 o’clock of the afternoon before the petition is to be heard and appear at the time of hearing, in person or by their advocate, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
