THE CONSTITUTION

COUNTY ASSEMBLY SESSION

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Standing Order 26 (3), I, the Speaker of the County Assembly, notify all members of the County Assembly of Marsabit and the general public that there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly on Wednesday, 2nd August, 2023 at 9.30 a.m. at the County Assembly of Marsabit Chambers. The business to be transacted on that day shall be the consideration of a report by the Budget and Appropriation & Finance and Economic Planning Committee regarding the Third County Integrated Development Plan 2023-2027 and County Annual Development Plan 2023/2024. In accordance with Standing Order 26 (4) of the Standing Orders, the business specified in this notice shall be the only business before the County Assembly of Marsabit during the special sitting, following which the County Assembly shall stand adjourned.
