THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Herman Peter Mwashigadi Kalendo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Werugha/Shigharo/Sungululu/210, situate in the district of Taita/Taveta, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Wundanyi in succession cause No. E57 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Dorcas Mshai Mtwanguo, and whereas as all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Dorcas Mshai Mtwanguo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Herman Peter Mwashigadi Kalendo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
