NOTICE is given that the Creditor’s Petition for a Bankruptcy Order by the High Court was on 19th November, 2022, presented to the said Court by Harit Sheth Advocates. Any creditor or contributor of the above named desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear before the High Court in Nairobi in person or by an authorized advocate on the 6th day of March, 2023 when the matter shall be heard. A copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the above named requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
